The second Owen Lecture will be delivered by Leah Demetriou, Independent Historical Researcher Specialising in Victorian Natural Science and Volunteer at the Natural History Museum (South Kensington) at 11am. She will lecture on the personality of Richard Owen, incorporating an innovative thesis explaining the eccentricities which his contemporaries observed.
