St Patrick’s Day Talk – The Cult of St Patrick in Medieval Northern England

On St Patrick’s Day we have a talk by Professor Fiona Edmonds, who is an English academic, a medievalist and historian of Britain and Ireland, specialising in the era between the sixth and and the twelfth centuries, with a particular focus on the history of theBritons of Wales and the Old North, as well as Scotland, Ireland and the Isle of Man. Fiona is professor in regional history at Lancaster University.

The talk is free to Members of the Friends of Lancaster City Museum and £2.00 to guests.
